To have a healthy lifestyle, here are some things you can do:


1:-Exercise - Any form of exercise can boost your immune system and promote good circulation of antibodies and white blood cells. Basic cardio exercises can keep you physically healthy. You can enjoy walking, swimming, jogging or other cardio activity, moderate to have a heart and a healthy body. A 30-minute walk every day can possibly add a few more years to your life. Join a gym where you could have access to different machines and activities is also an option.

2:-Right Attitude - Be optimistic and happy to have a frame of mind could be very useful. Studies show that pessimists have an increased risk of death compared with positive thinkers. Free yourself from stress and risk of bad habits too. Consequently, the more stress you have, the faster you age. Stress can really make you look and feel older than you are. Stress can trigger changes in your body. It plays an important role in leading causes of death, including cancer and heart disease. When you're stressed, you choose to eat "comfort foods" so called, which could trigger the oxidation that can damage the skin. So be positive, happy and stress free.

3:-Make good choices - Healthy eating is essential to good health at any age. The food you eat plays a vital role in the fight against aging. The nutrients you get from the food you choose can help create substances that may protect your cells. It is advisable to have a diet rich in minerals, vitamins A, C and E. It is also wise to increase your intake of high fiber foods such as fruits, brown rice or whole grain breads. Eating a balanced diet could be an effective way to fight against aging.

The above strategies are the best ways you can fight against aging, but the result will always depend on your personal commitment and desire to move to a healthy lifestyle.
