NATURAL WAYS TO KEEP YOUR MIND YOUNG

1:-Voice of completed tasks 
 Perhaps you have recently started to notice that you are forgetting whether or not you complete various tasks. Or you go into a room for something but forget what you went there for? This is natural as we age, but you  could help reduce the frequency at which it occurs. To do this, when you perform a task, make a mental note of it by saying it aloud. This will help your brain remember not only because you did it, but you made an actual statement that was heard and processed by your brain. 

2:-Rest 
 Sleep is essential for our body and numerous studies have shown that we need at least 8 hours of sleep per night. However, many people have busy lives and very rarely this much sleep. This can affect your mood, and that your memory. Therefore, if you do not get much sleep at night you should, try taking a short nap of 30 minutes. Your system will be revitalized and your energy and production levels will receive the boost they need. 

3:-Improve your mood 
Another way to fight against natural signs and symptoms of aging is to find ways to improve your mood. It has been shown that when people do things they love, serotonin in the brain releases, which improves mood and also promotes relaxation. When you are happy and relaxed, the daily pressures of life do not seem to be so "big" longer. Therefore, if you like listening to music, take baths, massages or to eat chocolate - allow time to enjoy these activities in small intervals throughout the week. 

Above are our natural methods to help you keep your body and your mind young. However, there are sure to be more natural methods to ward off the adverse effects of aging and help you stay healthy, fresh and feel young. Remember that it's okay to take time for yourself every day, especially if you work to improve your overall mental health and / or physical health.
