REMEDIES FOR DRY SKIN




Do you suffer from dry skin? The skin can become dry on the face, elbows, heels, and many other parts of the body. The result can be cracking, peeling and irritated skin. It can cause severe inflammation.


Dry skin is caused mainly for environmental reasons such as winter, summer, too much heat or humidity, or simply by air conditioning. The soaps are too strong can also be a cause for dry skin.
                                              
Dry skin should be treated to prevent more serious conditions. The first step is of utmost importance: keep your skin hydrated. This means drinking the recommended amount of water each day, but also regularly use a face cream and body lotion.

A healthy diet is important to keep your skin soft and supple. Drink fruit juice and consume green vegetables will also help soften the skin. Important vitamins are vitamins A, B and E. Include foods rich in these vitamins to help your skin and give you an inner glow.

Once your skin is dry, you have several options to heal naturally. The ingredients that you can take orally include a glass of warm milk mixed with two teaspoons of almond oil and drinking two caps of evening primrose oil per day.
                                                     
Natural ingredients can be applied directly to skin. You can make a face pack with mashed papaya, avocado, peach and banana. Use the crushed fruit to make a facial mask. Allow the mask, then wash with warm water. Use a mild lotion or face cream to keep skin hydrated.

Essential oils such as rose, almond or olive can be mixed with honey and applied on the face. This mixture will be a great refreshing mask that will make the skin glow! Honey can be applied directly on the body and rinsed off after five minutes. Sesame oil, applied after a bath or shower, is ideal to give your skin an extra moisturizing. While talking bathroom, be careful not to spend too much time in a bath or take too often. Use warm water rather than hot water, and to use a
                                                          
bath oil for better hydration. Swim in a mixture of oatmeal, vanilla extract and baking soda hydrate your skin while you will relax in the bath. You can stay in this mixture for 30 minutes. Others say that a bath in milk and hot water is an excellent remedy for dry skin.

For dry hands, you can rub the oats on his hands, then wash, then apply a good hand cream. The oil of glycerine works well on dry hands and dry heels. Baby oil is a great moisturizer. If your hands are really dry, apply baby oil, essential oil, or Vaseline on your hands. Wear rubber gloves and leave overnight. Wash in the morning and use a good hand cream.
