THREE HOME REMEDIES FOR ACNE

I found three main home treatments for acne that I share.

The first was toothpaste. I've heard this before, but never knew exactly how or why it worked. There are specific bacteria that causes acne on the skin. Makes pores to retain the dirt and oil and then infected. The toothpaste does not actually keep the skin from getting acne. What it does is soften the skin and eliminate redness. Acne is not all that noticeable unless you are irritated and red. Once the redness is gone, is not so bad. The toothpaste also helps to keep most bacteria, dirt and oil into contact with the already infected area while it heals. Toothpaste is the best option during the night in the infected area.
The information I found about anti dandruff shampoo was the most surprised me. It turns out that the same bacteria that causes acne is also what causes dandruff. You have to be a little more careful with how to use this as it can actually dry the skin out. You can use the whole face to help with current acne and help prevent future acne. Rub a good layer of shampoo all over your face and let it sit for a few minutes before jumping in the shower or bath. After those minutes, rinse. Try not to let it stay for much longer than that.
I have read about the wonderful healing powers of garlic before, but I never thought that would be the work of home remedies for acne. As I mentioned before, acne is caused by bacteria. It turns out that garlic helps fight bacteria! Garlic is not put into the infected area, such as toothpaste and shampoo, which is consumed and helps fight from within. Garlic also has amazing powers when it comes to weight loss, but that's another article.
